※Every year from the end of March to the beginning of April, the commuter pass window is very crowded, such as waiting for several tens of minutes depending on the time of day, so we recommend purchasing and renewing early. (The commuter pass for Nishitetsu Bus can be purchased one month before the start date of use.)

※Discounts for contracts, disability, etc. can be purchased continuously only at the counter. (Even if the contract period is continued, it is necessary to submit a special application form each time. If you have a disability, please bring your personal organizer.

※Transfer commuter passes, including subway lines, cannot be purchased at Hakata Bus Terminal.

  Regular automatic continuation machine

※Please note that due to the revision of fares in the Saga and Kurume districts, automatic continuation of all section commuter passes, including other districts, will not be possible on or after February 1st. You can use the automatic continuation machine for commuter passes that have been continued after February 1 at the counter.

※Continued renewal of the Nishitetsu train only will be handled at the counter.

※New purchases and renewals, including subway lines, are not possible at Hakata Bus Terminal.

※Procedures at the counter are required to continue the Ecole Card year crossing (April). The same applies to new people. (It is necessary to confirm that you can confirm your enrollment, such as a student ID card or an application form stamped with a school seal. If you are a junior high school student or younger, you can use your insurance card or My Number. )
