We sell express bus tickets, commuter passes, etc.

※From weekends to Saturdays and Sundays, there are some reserved routes that are likely to be full depending on the route.

We recommend that you make an early reservation.

From February 3, 2025, we will change the business hours of the commuter pass window as follows, without permission. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding.

※The commuter pass for Nishitetsu Bus can be purchased one month before the start date of use.

※Commuter pass counters are easy to congest after weekends and evenings at the end of the month.

※Commuter passes including JR trains and subway lines cannot be purchased at Hakata Bus Terminal.

※Continued renewal of the Nishitetsu train only will be handled at the counter.

※Continuous renewal, including subway lines, is not possible at Hakata Bus Terminal.
