RENTAL HALLS

1.Application acceptance

  • Applications can be accepted up to 180 days in advance.
    In addition, only WEB reservations will be accepted from the Hakata Bus Terminal website.
    (However, up to 7 days before the date of use. For more recent reservations, please contact us by phone.)
  • Member registration is required to make a reservation for the rental hall. (Web registration)
  • Payment of usage fees is made in advance. (according to credit and bank transfer)
  • In the case of bank transfer, please pay by the date indicated in the reservation confirmation e-mail delivered after this reservation is confirmed.
    If the transfer is not completed, it will be automatically canceled for any reason.
  • The temporary reservation period is 7 days, and if the procedure for confirming this reservation is not completed, it will be automatically canceled.
    (The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, etc. caused by automatic cancellation.)
  • This reservation is only available for use within 30 to 15 days before the use date. (There is no temporary reservation period.)
  • If you use the service within 14 to 7 days before the use date, this reservation will be made, and payment will be made only by credit.
    (There is no temporary reservation period and the cancellation fee will be 100%.)
  • The contract for use will be concluded for the first time after this reservation is confirmed.

2.Usage time

  • The hall usage time is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, including the time from preparation to leaving the room.
  • The usage time is from 3 hours.
  • When you extend the usage time on the day, please receive the approval of our company in advance and pay the prescribed fee in advance.

3.Cancellations

  • In principle, it is not possible to change the reservation contents after the reservation is confirmed.
    (Reservation will be re-booked after it has been canceled. Cancellation fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation.)
  • Cancellations should be made from My Page on our rental hall reservation site.
  • A prescribed cancellation fee will be charged even if you cancel the use regardless of natural disasters, traffic conditions, risk of infectious diseases, or other liability of the Company.
    However, this does not apply when the Company suspends use of the entire hall.
    In addition, the Company shall not be liable for liability for damages incurred to customers in this case, for delays in performance of all or part of the various contracts, for inability to perform or incomplete performance.
  • If you cancel the use due to the user's convenience, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows.
    (Please pay the transfer fee by the customer.)

4.Limitation of use

The use of the hall in the following cases is not allowed.
  • Used when religious groups use it for missionary work or for political activities.
  • Use of halls that may cause other inconvenience due to dance parties, music, hustle and bustle, vibration, etc.
  • Other hall use deemed inappropriate by the Company.
  • Use of persons deemed to be antisocial forces based on the Fukuoka Prefecture Gangster Exclusion Ordinance.

5.Notes on Hall Use

  • Please consult with the staff in advance regarding the import and export of goods. (Requires a prescribed application form)
  • From the cargo handling room to the 9th floor, it is not possible to carry in and out directly by the vehicle elevator.
    Please inform the staff in advance about bringing in and out of the elevator for vehicles. (Requires a prescribed application form)
  • Elevator for vehicles (2,420mm frontage, 5,500mm depth, 2,300mm height)
  • Elevator for carry-in and out (1,000mm frontage, 1,800mm width, 1,500mm depth, 2,350mm height)
  • From 7:00 to 9:30, and from 17:00 to 19:00, our outer road is prohibited.

  • We do not respond to theft, loss, fire, damage, etc. in the hall.
    For storage, please take necessary measures by the user in advance.
  • If the facility equipment is damaged or lost, you will be required to pay for the actual cost.
  • We refuse to attach signs in the room by thumbtacks and nails on walls, pillars, etc.
  • Use of fire and bringing in hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outside of designated places.
  • Signboards and posters will not be posted except for the specified location and the specified dimensions.
  • Especially if cleaning is required, you will be charged a separate cleaning fee.
  • Please take home all the waste generated during the use of the hall.
  • Please consult with the staff about the preparation of the exhibition. (Emission time, electrical capacity, etc.)

6.If any of the following items are found, we may ask you to stop them while using them.
    The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by discontinuation of use, etc.

  • When used differently from the contents of the application.
  • When the right to use is sold, transferred, or subleased to a third party.
  • When the Company violates the terms of use and these regulations.

7.In addition to the above, please observe the matters deemed necessary by both parties when using this hall.
