RENTAL HALLS

1.Application acceptance

  • Applications can be accepted up to 180 days in advance.
    Please note that only online reservations will be accepted from the Hakata Bus Terminal website.
    (However, up to 7 days before the date of use. Please contact us separately for the latest reservations made after that.)
  • Member registration is required to make a reservation for a rental hall. (Web registration)
  • Payment of usage fees is made in advance. (according to credit and bank transfer)
  • In the case of bank transfer, please pay by the date indicated in the reservation confirmation email delivered after this reservation is confirmed.
    If the transfer is not completed, it will be automatically canceled for any reason.
  • The provisional reservation period is 7 days, and if the reservation confirmation procedure is not completed, it will be automatically canceled.
    (The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by automatic cancellation in any case.)
  • This reservation is only available for use within 30 days to 15 days before the use date. (There is no temporary reservation period.)
  • For use within 14 days to 7 days before the use date, this reservation will be made, and payment will be made only by credit.
    (There is no temporary reservation period, cancellation fee is 100%.)
  • Your contract will be concluded for the first time after this reservation is confirmed.

2.Usage time

  • Hall usage time is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, including the time from preparation to leaving.
  • The service starts from 3 hours.
  • If the usage time is extended on the day of the event, please obtain the approval of the Company in advance and pay the prescribed fee in advance.

3.Cancellations

  • In principle, it is not possible to change the reservation details after this reservation is confirmed.
    (You will need to make a reservation once canceled. A cancellation fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation.)
  • Please cancel from the My Page on our rental hall reservation site.
  • A prescribed cancellation fee will also be charged if you cancel your use regardless of the risk of force majeure such as natural disasters, traffic conditions, infectious disease risk, or other liability of the Company.
    However, this does not apply when the Company suspends the use of the entire hall.
    The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred to you in this case, for delays in performance of all or part of various contracts, inability to perform or incompletely.
  • If you cancel the use for the convenience of the user, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows.
    (The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.)

4.Restrictions on use

Use of the hall in the following cases is not permitted.
  • Used by religious organizations for missionary work or for political activities.
  • Use of halls that may cause other inconvenience due to dance parties, music, hustle and bustle, vibration, etc.
  • Other use of halls deemed inappropriate by the Company.
  • Use of persons deemed to be antisocial forces based on the Fukuoka Prefecture Gangster Exclusion Ordinance.

5.Precautions for Use of Halls

  • Please consult with the staff in advance regarding the import and export of goods. (Required application form)
  • From the cargo handling room to the 9th floor, it is not possible to carry in directly by the vehicle elevator.
    Please inform the staff in advance about bringing in and out of the elevator for vehicles. (Required application form)
  • Elevators for vehicles (frontage: 2,420 mm, depth: 5,500 mm, height: 2,300 mm)
  • Elevators for import and export (frontage 1,000 mm, width 1,800 mm, depth 1,500 mm, height 2,350 mm)
  • All day from 7:00 to 9:30 and from 17:00 to 19:00, our outer road is prohibited.

  • We do not respond to theft, loss, fire, damage, etc. in the hall.
    Please take necessary measures for storage by the user in advance.
  • If the facility equipment is damaged or lost, you will be responsible for the actual cost.
  • No thumbtacks or nails on walls, pillars, etc. are allowed to be placed indoors.
  • Use of fire and bringing in dangerous goods is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking indoors and outside of designated places is strictly prohibited.
  • Signboards and posters are not allowed to be posted except for the specified location and specified dimensions.
  • In particular, if cleaning is required, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.
  • Please bring back all the waste generated when using the hall.
  • Please consult with the staff regarding the preparation of the exhibition. (Service time, electrical capacity, etc.)

6.If any of the following items occur, we may ask you to stop them even during use.
    The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by discontinuation of use, etc.

  • When used differently from the contents of the application.
  • When the right to use is sold, transferred, or subleased to a third party.
  • In violation of the precautions for use and these provisions.

7.In addition to the above, please comply with the matters deemed necessary by both parties when using this hall.
