RENTAL HALLS

1.Application acceptance

  • Applications can be accepted up to 180 days in advance.
    In addition, online reservations will be accepted from the Hakata Bus Terminal website.
    (However, up to 7 days before the use date.) For the latest reservations, please contact us separately by phone.)
  • Member registration is required to make a reservation for the rental hall. (WEB registration)
  • Payment of the usage fee is prepaid. (But credit and bank transfer)
  • In the case of bank transfer, please pay by the date indicated in the reservation confirmation email that will be delivered after this reservation is confirmed.
    If the transfer is not completed, it will be automatically canceled regardless of the reason.
  • The provisional reservation period is 7 days, and if this reservation is not confirmed, the cancellation will be automatically canceled.
    (The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, etc. resulting in automatic cancellation.)
  • Use within 30 to 15 days before the use date is limited to this reservation only. (There is no temporary reservation period.)
  • Reservations must be made within 14 days to 7 days before the use date, and payment will be made only by credit.
    (There is no temporary reservation period and cancellation fee will be 100%.)
  • Your contract will be signed for the first time after this reservation is confirmed.

2.Usage time

  • Hall usage time is from 9 am to 9 pm, including the time from preparation to leaving the room.
  • The service is available from 3 hours.
  • When the usage time is extended on the day, please obtain the approval of the Company in advance and pay the prescribed fee in advance.

3.Cancellations

  • In principle, it is not possible to change the reservation contents after this reservation is confirmed.
    (After cancelled, the reservation will be made again. Cancellation fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation.)
  • Cancellations can be made from My Page on our rental hall reservation site.
  • The prescribed cancellation fee will be charged even if the use is canceled regardless of natural disasters, force majeure such as traffic conditions, force majeure such as traffic conditions, force majeure, infectious disease risk, or any other company's responsibility.
    Provided, however, that this does not apply when the Company suspends the use of the entire hall.
    In this case, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising to the customer in this case, delay, inability or incomplete performance of all or part of the various contracts.
  • If the use is canceled due to the user's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
    (Please pay the transfer fee by the customer.)

4.Restrictions on use

The use of the hall is not permitted in the following cases.
  • Used by religious organizations for missionary work or for political activities.
  • Use of a hall that may cause other inconvenience due to dance parties, music, hustle and bustle, vibration, etc.
  • Other hall use that the Company deems inappropriate.
  • Use of persons recognized as antisocial forces under the Fukuoka Prefecture Gangster Exclusion Ordinance.

5.Precautions for Hall Use

  • Please consult with the staff in advance regarding the delivery of goods. (Predetermined application form is required.)
  • You cannot carry in and out directly from the vehicle elevator to the 9th floor from the cargo handling room.
    Please inform the staff in advance for importing and out of the vehicle elevator. (Predetermined application form is required.)
  • Elevator for vehicles (frontage 2,420mm, depth 5,500mm, height 2,300mm)
  • Carry-in / out elevator (1,000 mm wide, 1,800 mm wide, 1,500 mm deep, 2,350 mm height)
  • From 7:00 to 9:30 and from 17:00 to 19:00 all day, our outer roads are prohibited from entering.

  • We will not be liable for theft, loss, fire, damage, etc. in the hall.
    Please take necessary measures in advance for storage.
  • If the facilities are damaged or lost, you will be required to pay for the actual cost.
  • Attaching thumbtacks and nails on walls, pillars, etc. are not allowed to be attached.
  • Use of fire or carry in dangerous goods is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking indoors and outside of the designated areas is strictly prohibited.
  • Signboards and posters other than the specified location and the specified dimensions are not allowed.
  • If cleaning is required, you will be charged a separate cleaning fee.
  • Please take all the waste generated during use of the hall.
  • Please consult with the person in charge for the preparation of the exhibition. (Setup time, electricity capacity, etc.)

6.If any of the following items are found, we may ask you to cancel them even during use.
    The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from discontinuation of use.

  • When used differently from the contents of the application.
  • When the right to use is sold, transferred or subleased to a third party.
  • When the precautions for use and these provisions are violated.

7.In addition to the above, please observe the matters that both sides deem necessary when using this hall.
